Què mengem els lleidatans? Avaluació de l’estat nutricional de la Regió Sanitària Lleida 2001-2002

This is a study organised by the Nursing Department of the University of Lleida. The text describes the nutritional state of Lleida’s Helathcare Region during 2001 and 2002. It includes a nutritional survey, anthropometric information and biochemical tests from a sample of 474 individuals between ages 6 and 75 in the area of Lleida. This book is a valuable document about nutrition and diet in rural and semi-urban Catalan areas.
