For more than a century, Sub-Saharan Africa has been a field of experimentation for social designers: first, for colonial metropolises and, then, for developed countries. However, Africa has resisted foreign models and has preserved its autonomy by adapting them to the African context. The political field is no exception. Traditional loyalty and renewed factious organizations coexist in democratic representation systems.
