La Renaixença a Lleida. Lluís Roca i Florejachs – Josep Pleyan de Porta

This book gathers the poetry of Lluís Roca Florejacs and Josep Pleyan de Porta, two poets that were involved in the rebirth of Catalan patriotic poetry and Lleida’s cultural drive at the end of the 19th century. This work analyses the career of both poets and includes an interesting introduction to Lleida’s Renaissance, when the city experienced its main urban transformation.
