This issue focuses on French writer Roger Martin du Gard and travel literature. The first section includes several studies with different approaches to travel literature that go from the Middle Ages to our current times. The second section, devoted to Roger Martin du Gard, gathers the dialogues between writers such as Stefan Zweig, Eugeni d’Ors or Sigmund Freud with the author of Les Thibault.
