Judge, director, administrator, son, notary, brother… These words are examples of the vocabulary that contributes to the invisibility of women in the field of law. This research includes a series of resources and corrective suggestions that prove that change towards an including and non-discriminating linguistic practice for women is possible. In law, women should be named according to their own gender identity.
