The book Enfoque dinámico e integrado de la motricidad (EDIM) identifies and organises the contents that constitute the motor skills of physical activity, physical education, rehabilitation and sport. In the text, the practice is theorised and the theory is practised so that the professional obtains an integrated panorama of human motor skills, since each topic provides the fundamental theory and different practical sessions. The epilogue includes eight fundamental reflections that expand theoretical information.
The EDIM goes beyond the taxonomic and linear models that have traditionally explained physical and sports activity, it strengthens an integrated and dynamic vision of the constituent contents of motor skills.
