The text is organized in two sections: one includes theoretical and conceptual questions which aim at establishing the bases of quality management and process control, while the other one takes a practical approach. Bearing in mind that most activities make use of broad data sets, these have been included in a WinRar file that contains several Excel documents and a Word document.
