This book justifies the arrival of musical instruments to the classroom and the students’ need to discover musical objects and percussion. The text explains teachers the most efficient ways to awake students’ interest towards musical instruments: the most common in Western areas, the ones belonging to distant cultures and everyday objects that can be used to create music. It also includes the audio tracks of the book’s musical scores in a CD.
